Rod is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Division of PDL.

Having previously practiced as a barrister for 7 years, Rod leads our litigation division and brings his practical and technical experience and expertise as an Advocate in the areas of Commercial, Insolvency and Planning & Environment Law to PDL. Rod has practised on a range of significant litigation matters in Queensland and has advised a number of listed and non-listed entities on litigation and dispute resolution issues. Rod is also admitted to practice in Tasmania and New Zealand.
