Nick Ward is a Lawyer in the Corporate, Commercial and Property divisions of PDL. Nick holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Nick has experience in corporate and commercial transactions involving shareholder and participation agreements, licence agreements, business and share sale agreements, supply and distribution agreements, franchising agreements and Franchising Code compliance issues. Nick also has experience in property transactions involving residential conveyancing and commercial leasing.
