Insolvency

PDL has extensive experience in matters involving corporate and personal insolvency and has streamline procedures in place to deal cost-effectively with insolvency issues. The firm provides advice to a number of major insolvency practitioners, as well as to small and medium-sized businesses.

PDL is regularly appointed as independent legal counsel to the Administrator and Liquidator of a large nationally-based firm of insolvency practitioners. In that role, our lawyers advise on legal issues arising in the course of the administration of insolvent companies. PDL also acts for a large Brisbane based debt recovery firm.
