Gary is a Lawyer in
the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Division of
PDL.
Gary has a broad range of experience in the field of
commercial litigation, and has acted in matters
involving contractual disputes, joint venture and
business acquisition disputes, insolvency, debt
recovery, joint venture disputes and employment
disputes. Gary has represented plaintiffs and
defendants at all levels of the Queensland courts as
well as in the Federal courts and the Queensland
tribunals system. He also has strong experience
appearing for clients in mediations and other
alternative dispute resolution processes.
