Carly is a Senior Associate in the Property Division and the Corporate and Commercial Division of PDL.

Carly has practised in New South Wales and Queensland and has extensive experience in all manner of property and commercial transactions. Carly advises clients on both property and business acquisitions and sales, due diligence investigations, leasing (both tenant and landlord), trusts, rural property transactions, liquor and gaming and other general property law advice. Carly has acted on various significant transactions in the Brisbane hospitality industry in recent times.
