Wayne has worked in Brisbane, Sydney and Hong Kong and has represented a large number of prominent listed public companies, private companies (of varying sizes) and public sector clients across a broad range of industries and areas including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, company restructures, leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs, initial public offerings, corporate finance transactions, corporate governance and compliance, mining and resources, franchising, agency and distribution agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements and intellectual property licence agreements.
