Andrew Williams is a Lawyer in the Property, Corporate and Commercial Divisions of PDL, with a primary focus on property related transactions.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from Queensland University of Technology.

Andrew has advised clients on a vast array of property related transactions/issues, including:

·     acquisitions and sales of residential and commercial property

·     residential and commercial property developments

·     put and call option agreements

·     commercial and retail shop leasing, including contractual breaches and disputes

·     easements and licences

·     broadacre and strata subdivisions

·     GST and stamp duty issues

·     Body corporate issues. 

He has also advised clients on a number of commercial transactions/issues, including trusts, business sales and acquisitions, loan facility agreements and associated securities, as well as partnership, shareholder and unit-holder agreements.
